Accommodation
Fern Cottage is a large, light, 3 bedroomed holiday cottage sleeping up to 5 people and is centrally heated.
In decorating the cottage we have retained all the lovely oak beams and given it a modern twist.
High-speed internet is available throughout as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime on the 50” TV in the living room.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a sumptuous kingsize bed, plenty of storage and a comfy chair.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, plenty of hanging space for you to unpack and unwind.
Bedroom three is cosy and gorgeously decorated with a single bed and chest of drawers.
Bathroom
The spotlessly clean bathroom has an over-shower bath, fluffy towels, luxurious toiletries and features 2 of our favourite pieces of artwork in the cottage.
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen we hope has everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher to help you clear up afterwards. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer and a dining table to seat up to 5 people.
Living room
Slow down and stretch out on our comfy sofa in the living room which also features a leather armchair and squishy occasional chair.
There is also an open wood-burning fireplace for those winter months. If you still need to get work done, there is a quiet corner that includes a desk and work chair, making it the perfect spot to work (and gaze out into the garden).
Conservatory
In warmer months the conservatory is the place to relax, read a book and forget the stresses of everyday life.
The garden
The conservatory opens out onto a very pretty, and secluded cottage garden.
Perfect all year round.
If you’re visiting us in winter, hopefully, you’ll be lucky enough to experience a light dusting of snow, making the entire village and cottage look like something out of the movie ‘The Holiday’.
